Summary of the rental terms

1. Rental starts on Saturday at 5pm with handing over the keys and checking the inventory, until the following Saturday at 11am with the final inventory check and return of the deposit.

2. Payment of half the rental by bank transfer or banker's check on booking, the balance to be received by the owner no less than 15 days prior to the start of the rental.

3. On entering the premises a deposit of 1,500 Euros is requested, which will be repaid after the final inventory check, less the cost of any damage incurred.
